Dr. Jessica Anthony, Principal

Hi Davenport A+ students and families! I am looking forward to another GREAT school year at Davenport A+! This is my 6th year as Principal at Davenport A+ and I could not be more proud to be part of such an amazing and talented group of teachers, students, and community.

Here's a little bit about me! I attended UNC Chapel Hill for undergrad and have a BA in Spanish Language/Literature and a BA Political Science. I received my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction as well as School Administration from Appalachian State University. In 2021, I received my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Prior to my principalship here, I taught all levels of high school Spanish for 8 1/2 years before becoming an Assistant Principal at West Caldwell and spent 3 years there. I have been at Davenport A+ since 2019 and I absolutely LOVE it here!

I like to run and bike in what spare time I have, but I mostly spend as much time as possible with my husband, our 2 boys, and Lucy - our spoiled English Bulldog.

I am honored to be a part of the Davenport A+ family and community. Davenport A+ really is the BEST place to be!

My name is Tracey Harris. I am so excited to start my 4^th year as the Assistant Principal at Davenport A+! I absolutely love all that we stand for at Davenport A+ – striving to be our best while focusing on the arts. I am in my 28th year of education and all of them have been in elementary schools. I am a Caldwell County native but lived for many years in the Raleigh area. I am married to Gary and am mom to twins, Parker and Annie who are 24 years old. I love to sing, hike and travel. I also love spending time with my family and friends as well as my church family.
